Vinyl Fence Panel

Looking for vinyl fence panel?

The ideal fence is a vinyl fence.

And if you already have one then you already know that the fence and the panels will not corrode, will not rust, will not decay, will not rot, will not turn yellow from exposure from the sun.

The vinyl fence panel is completely maintenance free. And you never need to paint the
vinyl either (besides the paint won’t stick to the vinyl anyway).

And if you are thinking of installing the vinyl fence yourself you should know that it is much easier to install than any other type of fence (like wood, metal, etc.). It is lightweight, sturdy, and beautiful.

If you are thinking about installing the vinyl fence panels yourself you’re going to need to adjust them and cut them in the same way you would cut any other material like wood.

What materials you will need to cut the vinyl panels:
-Chop saw or table saw with a carbide blade
-Straight edge
-Measuring tape
-Safety goggles
-Safety gloves

Instructions for cutting the vinyl fence panel:

1. Take your carbide blade and install it into the chop saw. Or you can set up your table saw with the very same carbide blade.

2. Using a pencil make a mark on the panel with the straight edge. Take the measuring tape and use it to mark the vinyl panels at the length you deem appropriate.

3. On the chop saw table put the vinyl fence lengthwise.

4. Where the pencil mark is, line the chop saw blade up against it

5. Turn the power on the chop saw to on and then bring the blade that is now rotating down onto the vinyl fence panel and do so until the blade cuts completely through the vinyl. Once it has cut all the way through lift the blade up and turn the power off.

Be Very Careful:

The panels of the vinyl fence are very easy to maneuver.

If you decide against the chop saw and want to use a table saw then use the same procedure as described above only instead of bringing the blade down onto the vinyl panel like in step five above, you push the panel into the blade.

Always, always, always wear protective gear when using a saw of any kind. When you cut the vinyl fence panel with your saw make sure you are always wearing your protective goggles and your protective gloves. Better safe than sorry!
