You need to have a level, measuring tape, a shovel, a post hole digger, a string, concrete, and a concrete mixer. First and foremost figure out exactly where you want your fence to go. Then go ahead and measure where you want to dig the post holes. Once you have that measurement perfect then you want to dig the holes.
